Un mug cake es un bizcocho que se suele hacer a la taza y no se hornea, se mete en el microondas.
En este post os enseño lo facilísimo que es y al que le podéis añadir infinidad de ingredientes para hacerlo a vuestro gusto. Sólo se necesitan 5 ingredientes:
Ingredientes
- Harina de maíz – 2 cucharadas soperas.
- Leche (o bebida vegetal) – 2 cucharadas soperas.
- Azúcar – 1 cucharada sopera.
- 1 huevo mediano
- Levadura en polvo
- Aceite de oliva – 1 cucharada sopera
- Cacao en polvo (opcional) – al gusto
Preparación
La preparación del mug cake no tiene gran misterio. Se deben mezclar todos los ingredientes en un recipiente teniendo en cuenta las medidas. Además yo le suelo añadir una cucharada sopera de cacao en polvo para que tenga más sabor.
También es verdad que se le puede añadir más azúcar o sustituirla por otro endulzante.
Una vez tenemos todos los ingredientes en nuestro recipiente, se baten con una batidora hasta que quede una masa homogénea. Normalmente es un poco líquida pero gracias a la levadura subirá y quedará esponjoso.
Una vez batido nuestro mug cake y puesto en nuestra taza favorita solo necesita 3 minutos de microondas a máxima potencia.
No te asustes si ves que sube mucho al principio, es lo normal. Luego baja y se queda un poco por encima del borde de la taza.
Y listo, nuestro mug cake está listo para comer. También le podéis añadir algún topping si os apetece, como frutos secos o trocitos de chocolate. A mi me gusta de todas las maneras posibles.
